Privacy & Data Policy
LAST UPDATED · AUGUST 2026
This policy explains what information PAXA collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect deliberately little.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request beta access, we collect your email address and, where you provide it, the role you identify with (creator, brand, agency, or investor).
- Basic technical data. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, approximate region). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To respond to your access request and manage beta onboarding cohorts.
- To send you materials you ask us for.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored with our infrastructure providers under standard data-processing agreements. We retain access-request data for as long as needed to run the beta programme, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
- You can ask us to delete your email and access request at any time by writing to info@paxa.io.
- Every email we send includes a way to opt out of further contact.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, portability, objection) under applicable data-protection law, which we will honour.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
